SELECTION
The utmost attention is given to recruitment of our personnel in accordance with the strength & parameters laid down as a policy, This includes education, age, physical fitness and background. All employees are subjected to vigorous vetting. Further, the internal Security Department is solely responsible for verification and background checks on service records of each employee.
TRAINING
Before deployment, it is mandatory for all Lokeshwari Enterprises personnel to undertake basic security training, which imparts the necessary skills to perform duties. In addition to lessons on basic guarding skills, they are taught the rudiments of First Aid , Fire Fighting and Self Defence. The training process is ongoing and progressive throughout the employees' career to refresh and further develop their knowledge.
SUPERVISION
Managers, Field Officers and Patrolling Supervisors Who are constantly checking on our assignments and guards. This is further backed by a 24 hours control room staffed with Hindi and English speaking personnel that both clients and guards can obtain assistance at any time.
INSPECTION & SUPERVISION
To ensure efficient, effective and prompt service to our valuable customers as per the commitment, we do conduct frequent day inspection at various levels beginning with the Unit In charge, Field Officers,
Managers and Senior Ex-executives, besides timely feedback system is also in existence to take corrective action.
MOBILE SQUAD
Two wheelers mounted with mobiles are always on the move round the clock where a senior officer is constantly inspecting the units at random. When in times of crisis the customer can contact our control room which flashes messages to the mobile squad for immediate action.
CONTROL ROOM COMMUNICATION
Our control room has two telephone lines to receive, make calls from / to the clients round the clock attended by the shift in-change. We have an e-mail, which takes care of document communication.
Its basic function is to enable out clients to have access to us with regard to their problem / grievances related to our services at any given point of time, information received from the clients trickles down from General Manager to the Field Officers for appropriate actions to be initiated. Any action should not exceed more than a day from the time of complaint being received in the control room. The control room also acts as a bridge between our guarding force and the management, which avoids unnecessary visits & our guarding personnel to our office premises.
TRAINING SCHOOL
We have set up an in house training school where we impart training through visual media to effectively educate our men and update Them on the present scenario on security matters. Further on job training is also imparted at frequent intervals not only by the Filed Officers but also by the Training instructions.
