Operational Details:

Daily Visits : Area Managers conduct daily visits to check and monitor satisfactory conduct of daily work and to handle special day-to-day instructions from the client. They also ensure proper attire and conducts of guards & correct procedures being followed and the vigilance of the security personnel.

Night Visits : A minimum of two night checks will be conducted by the Area Managers every week. These will be at odd hours after oo.oo hrs. midnight.

Surprise Visits : These are carried out at random, but at-least twice a month by the senior personnel of the Agency
